During this keynote, Jay takes you on a journey from dismantling improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in combat to dismantling stress in peoples’ lives. Reflecting on his time living too close to the edge, going hands-on IEDs in Afghanistan, risking everything—nearly losing everything, and deciding to make a change, Jay delivers actionable lessons to implement into your life right now. By positively identifying your purpose and living for it daily, you will become a better steward of your money and YOUR last name! The Executive Coaching Program requires a minimum of six months. Coaching is a marathon rather than a sprint! We will schedule monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly accountability sessions to propel you forward along your personal growth and development journey.
You will adapt to changing habits while shifting your mindset and behaviors. Your actions will align with your values and personal mission statement. The choices you make will serve the S.M.A.R.T. Goals you set.
The primary objective of our sessions is to focus on one significant or a few small growth areas that you believe will improve all your relationships. Financial Freedom Coaching

This journey begins by establishing a baseline personal finance assessment and immediately beginning the education and training phase of the program, also known as
